One Wales is an innovative service aimed at providing engagement, support and diversion for Women and Young Adults (18-25) from the criminal justice system including at first contact within police custody.
The One Wales is a partnership between Nelson Trust, Media Academy Cymru, PACT, St Giles and BtheChange, dedicated to reducing reoffending and diverting people into appropriate support at the earliest opportunity.
This is a rewarding role where you will work in a gender-responsive and trauma-informed way, helping women to address areas such as housing, substance misuse, health, finance, previous trauma, children and families, and education, training and employment.

Due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women’s Centres this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).
