Domestic Abuse Night Support Worker (Female)
The Nelson Trust is a charity dedicated to empowering people affected by trauma and multiple disadvantage. Through safe accommodation and specialist support, we help women build stability, confidence and a positive future.
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Night Support Worker to join our women only domestic abuse safe accommodation service in Swindon.
Many of the women we support have experienced domestic abuse alongside complex needs such as trauma, mental health challenges, substance misuse and involvement with the criminal justice system. Overnight can be one of the most vulnerable times and this role is crucial in ensuring our residents feel safe, supported and respected.
Salary: £25,00 per annum pro rata
Location: Swindon
Hours: Full-time or part-time position available (24 hour minimum and will include 8pm-8am sleep ins up to 3 times per week)
Holidays: 25 days pa plus statutory pro rata
Pension: Auto enrolment pension (6% employer contribution)
