Salary              £30,500 per annum     
Hours              37.5 hours per week including bank holidays
Pension           Auto enrolment pension (6% employer contribution)

What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire our support team to deliver exceptional care.
• Oversee client care plans and provide guidance across various domains.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain health and safety standards.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in residential addiction treatment.
• Experience and knowledge of CQC governance.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Compassionate and hands-on approach to client support.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and external agencies.
