Job Title: Recovery Support Worker (Women's Service)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week including bank holidays
Holidays: 33 days per annum
Pension: Auto enrolment pension in force (6% employer contribution)
Are you passionate about supporting individuals in overcoming addiction and trauma? The Nelson Trust is seeking a dedicated Recovery Support Worker to join our team in Stroud in our trauma-informed women's service. In this role, you will support clients in CQC regulated residential addiction treatment, addressing their practical needs alongside the clinical team. This varied role requires a passionate, energetic, and supportive individual who can assist clients with housing, financial claims, and health matters, ensuring they engage fully with their treatment programme.
