Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of women experiencing domestic abuse and complex needs? The Nelson Trust is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team in Swindon.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of our residents and the building.
• Provide support to women with substance misuse, mental health issues, and involvement with the criminal justice system.
• Work closely with residents from their arrival to their positive move to long-term accommodation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment.
• Handle emergencies and disputes with professionalism and care.

What We're Looking For:

• A passionate and empathetic individual with a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
• Experience in supported housing, substance misuse, or the voluntary sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Car driver with willingness to travel.
