Liaison and Diversion Keyworker

Join Our Team as a Women’s Criminal Justice Diversion Keyworker!

As a Women’s Criminal Justice Diversion Keyworker, you will play a crucial role in diverting women away from the Criminal Justice System and into supportive services that promote rehabilitation and recovery.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum dependent on experience
• Full-Time Hours: 35 hours per week with flexibility
• Generous Pension: 6% employer contribution

Your Role:

• Provide one-to-one and group support to women with vulnerabilities
• Coordinate multi-agency approaches to safeguard and manage risk
• Empower women to make positive changes and enhance their well-being

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years’ experience of working with women with multiple complex needs (MCN)
• Experience of developing partnerships with local organisations
• Experience of undertaking needs assessments and maintaining risk assessments
• In-depth knowledge of issues facing vulnerable women, including domestic abuse, mental health, accommodation, substance misuse, and finance
• Ability to engage with women who may find it difficult to engage with services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to extending professional competence and reflecting on practice
